What we do

We work with our clients to understand their organizational strategies and business processes, then create one system that pulls all their technology tools together. These technology tools may include:

  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Inventory management
  • Email marketing
  • Social media management
  • Website monitoring
  • Web forms
  • Reporting tools
  • Event management
  • Custom applications
  • and more…

We tie together Quickbooks Online, Google Apps for Work, Microsoft Outlook and proprietary* applications.

Why do we do this work?

Sheri Kurdakul:

“When I began taking on consulting projects, I saw small businesses and nonprofits struggling in the same areas as the large companies. The difference is that larger organizations have more access to funding and staff resources. Access to data is crucial to both, but often the smaller organizations just don’t have the bandwidth to bring that access to fruition. I wanted to change that.

Localized organizations and businesses have such a positive impact on their communities and I wanted them to be able to focus more on their strategy and mission than the mundane but crucial data. We make our rates affordable so they can do just that.”

Premier Training

Offering software and process training to small businesses, we learn what unique elements set your business apart from the competition and incorporate those elements into a learning event to bring perspective to the experience. This enables participants to better visualize and associate what is being taught to real work activities, making learning personal. After all, if business is personal, why shouldn’t your learning be?
